During the off season, Madrona Beach Resort offers reduced rates for long-term stays of 30 days or more. These fully-furnished units are ideal for anyone wishing to spend extended time enjoying the region.

- Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional adult (or child over 16), add $50 per week.
- A minimum 30 day stay is required to secure these rates.
- Rates include utilities: hydro electricity, cable, internet and local telephone service.
- Kitchenette: bar fridge, 2 burner cook top, sink, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, cutlery & dishes
- Kitchen: full refrigerator w. freezer, stove with oven & 4 burners, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cookware, cutlery & dishes
Deposit and Cancellations
A $750 deposit for Beach Units and $500 deposit for Oceanview Units is required at time of booking. Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival date for a refund, less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice - deposit non-refundable. Once in house 30 days notice is required to shorten your stay. Rates based on double occupancy - extra person fee: $50 per week.
A security deposit of $500 cash or debit is required on check-in (credit card will not be accepted for the security deposit). This deposit will be held and refunded on your day of departure, once unit has been inspected for damages.
Taxes
A minimum stay of 30 days is required to qualify for monthly rates and to be eligible for the exemption from GST and PST.
Conditions
- Housekeeping, towel service and supplies are not included in the rates for long-term stays. Housekeeping services can be arranged through the office for a fee. There is a coin-operated laundry on the premises.
- All units are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
- Unit rentals are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee specific unit numbers only unit types.

- Long stay Guests are not permitted to use the Body Works Fitness facility free of charge
