Deposit and Cancellations
Deposits are required for all stays. See the Rates and Long-Term Stays page for deposit requirements.
A full refund (less a $25 administration fee) will be provided with the required notice of cancellation (see the rates and long-term stays pages for length of notice). Deposits are non-refundable when cancellations are made with less than the required notice.
