LONG-TERM STAYS
During the off season, Madrona Beach Resort offers reduced rates for long-term stays of four weeks or more. These fully-furnished units are ideal for anyone wishing to spend extended time enjoying the region.
Facilities and services available to all units:

- Direct-dial telephone with own telephone number and free local calls (long distance with a calling card)

- Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional adult (or child over 16), add $50 per week.
- A minimum four-week stay is required to secure these rates.
- Rates include utilities: hydro electricity, cable and local telephone service.
Deposit and Cancellations
A $500 deposit is required at time of booking. Cancel four weeks prior to arrival date for full a refund, less a $25 administration fee.
Taxes
A minimum stay of four weeks plus two days (30 days) is required to be eligible for the exemption from both the provincial room tax and GST.
Conditions
- Housekeeping, towel service and supplies are not included in the rates for long-term stays. Housekeeping services can be arranged through the office for a fee. There is a coin-operated laundry on the premises.
- All units are non-smoking (smoking is permitted outdoors) and pets are not permitted.
- Unit rentals are subject to availability.
